PROTECTION

Beyond authenticating your call flow by IP address, we offer a battery of anti-hacking protection tools to avoid the use of your Maniterm SIP trunks in case of malicious intrusion on your servers.

DEFINE A DAILY CONSUMPTION LIMIT

In case your consumption reaches the first threshold, you will receive a warning email. Your trunks are suspended when the second threshold is reached.

CALL BARRING BY DESTINATION

You can define the list of allowed prefixes. Any call to an unauthorized destination is automatically rejected and an entry is created in your log of rejected calls.

CALL BARRING BY CALENDAR

You simply define on a weekly schedule the time slots where calls are allowed. Any call received outside these defined slots is rejected.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Several debugging tools are available in your Maniterm client interface, like monitoring of packet loss for each of your trunks, call recording or indication of call hang-up origin. Thanks to them, you won’t need to open as many troubleshooting tickets.
